Shakeology Recipes


Why do I love Shakeology??   It is quick to make, delicious, and the HEALTHIEST meal of the day!!! Not to mention you will loose weight just by drinking Shakeology. You will notice yourself feeling fuller, having more energy, dropping dress sizes, having improved digestion, and looking forward to drinking your Shakeology everyday. Shakeology is like a treat with all the health benefits! Great for a meal replacement or a post workout snack. ENJOY:)




Blueberry Pineapple Shakeology
vanilla shakeology
10 oz. almond milk
3-5 ice cubes
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries


Blueberry Vanilla Shakeology
vanilla Shakeology
10 oz. almond, soy, low fat milk
1 cup blueberries and bananas (frozen or fresh)
3-5 ice cubes


PB2 Shakeology
vanilla Shakeology
1 banana
about 1 tbsp. PB2
10 oz. milk (soy, almond, or low fat)
3-5 ice cubes


Chunky Monkey
Chocolate Shakeology
about 1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter or PB2
1 banana
3-5 ice cubes
10 oz. milk (soy, low fat, or almond)


Berry blend Shakeology
vanilla Shakeology
1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
10 oz. milk (almond, soy, low fat)
3-5 ice cubes





Paradise Island Shakeology
3-5 ice cubes
Strawberry Shakeology
8 oz. almond, soy, low fat milk
purple container (about 1 cup)- pineapple, mango, and blueberries
about 1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
SO SO SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!! 





Chocolate Covered Strawberries >>>>

Strawberry Shakeology
2 tbsp. chocolate PB2
Strawberries (don't have to add these)
10 oz. almond, soy, or low fat milk
*could add 3-5 ice cubes and Blend it up

1 cup frozen or fresh cherries 
3-5 ice cubes
10 oz. milk (soy, almond, or low fat)







Strawberry Mango Tango!! DELICIOUS!!! I wanted to make another one SO bad. 

-Vanilla Shakeology
-ICE
-1/2 cup coconut milk (you could use almond or low fat if you don't have coconut milk)
-purple container (or about 1 cup) mangos, pineapple, and strawberries
-6 oz. water


Snickerdoodle Shakeology!
Ice
Vanilla Shakeology
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. PB2 or tsp. peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
water (optional) about 4 oz.



Chocolate Shakeology with Blueberries and 
watermelon. WHAT!?

I decided to try some crazy mixture today and 
I have found: pretty much any recipe with 
Shakeology added to it tastes amazing..


-Chocolate Shakeology
-Ice- I did 5 ice cubes
-1 cup total of frozen blueberries and fresh 
watermelon
-8 oz. Almond milk
-4 oz. water
-Blend it up!

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about this one and
 if it would taste ok. But it is AWESOME.
